Molding technology that achieves a reduction in production time for upper-type manufacturing!

"Silicone pack molding" is a molding method that involves placing reinforcement materials (glass, carbon) on the base of an FRP mold or metal mold, covering it with a special silicone mold that serves as the upper mold, and allowing resin to impregnate through the pressure difference created by vacuum suction against atmospheric pressure.
